What is workplace mediation?

Workplace mediation is a facilitated conversation between employees, managers, or leaders experiencing tension, miscommunication, or conflict. Examples include personality clashes, team breakdowns, discrimination complaints, post-investigation repair, or interpersonal drama hurting productivity.

  • 1:1 coaching for startup leads to de-escalate tension, prevent conflict, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence.

  • Support during layoffs, exits, or sensitive terminations. Offering conflict coaching, compassionate planning, and risk mitigation.

  • When the visionary and the operator hit a wall, we help you untangle communication breakdowns, realign expectations, and find a path forward or a respectful path apart.

  • Add on service for tricky HR situations. Especially when there's no in-house team, or when neutral insight is needed.
