FAQs
Have a question?
Q: We don’t have HR yet. Can we still use your services?
A: Yes. Many of our clients are startups without formal HR. We guide you through the conflict process and help you prevent future issues.
Q: Do you represent the company or the employee?
A: We’re neutral third-party facilitators. Our role is to support resolution, not to take sides. If you’re seeking legal representation, we’re happy to refer you elsewhere.
Q: What if mediation doesn’t work?
A: Not all conflicts end in perfect agreement, but even partial resolution can reduce legal risk, improve communication, and bring clarity. If a different next step is needed (investigation, legal review, exit), we help you transition thoughtfully.
Q: Can this be done remotely?
A: Yes. we offer both in-person (in the PNW) and virtual mediation services, depending on your team’s needs and preferences.
Q: Can you help us design a better conflict process moving forward?
A: Absolutely. We offer HR consulting to help you build conflict-responsive systems, manager training, and policies that match your company’s culture and stage.
